My name is Ashvini Vaidya, and I’ll be serving as the BUGS co-vice president this upcoming year. This is only my second year with BUGS, but I am nonetheless thrilled to see new faces and get involved with other biology-loving people!
I grew up in Los Alamos, New Mexico, and am an only child, with no pets either! I took an interest in biology pretty early in my life, primarily because my mom studies life sciences and I’m her biggest fan.
